摘 要

某 20m 预应力混凝土简支 T 形梁桥。跨径 20 米,桥面宽 11.75 米,

设计车道数为三车道, 采用预制安装的施工方法。 本设计根据设计任务要求, 依据现行公路桥涵设计规范,兼顾实用、安全、经济和美观的原则。设计先 进行上部结构尺寸拟定,接着进行荷载横向分布系数的计算、主梁内力组合 计算、预应力钢筋的估算及布置、预应力损失及有效预应力计算,最后进行 T 形梁的各项验算和挠度验算。经分析比较及验算表明该结构设计计算方法 正确,内力分布合理,符合设计任务的要求。

ABSTRACT The simply supported beam(20m) which is a prestressed concrete t-shaped design.The length and the wide of this bridge is 20 m and 11.75 m , and the design lanes is three lanes.The construction methods is precast installation. According to the quire of the design and General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts, the bridge meets the requirements of a practical, safe, economic and beautiful. This design first to protocol the upper structure size, then calculate the load transverse distribution coefficient , effects of main girder, and the estimation of prestressed reinforced and layout, prestress loss and calculation of the effective prestress , finally the beam on T checked and deflection calculation .By analysis , comparison and checking shows that the design methods are correct, the internal force distribution is reasonable, comply with the design task.
