摘 要
出口型中小企业是指生产过程基本立足于国内,商品交换活动面向国际市 场,积极参与国际分工与国际竞争,以出口为导向的中小企业。浙江省是一个 典型的出口大省,随着外贸体制的逐步开放,浙江出口型的中小企业在国际市 场上也越来越活跃,己经成为浙江走向国际市场的主力军。在浙江省数万家出 口企业中,中小企业占 90%以上,其出口产品以传统产品为主,高新技术产品少, 而且中低档产品比重大,高附加值产品比重小。 此外, 在全球经济危机的影响下, 外部需求发生了重大变化,浙江出口型中小企业正面临相当严峻的挑战。“浙 江制造”仍位于世界价值链最低端,企业核心竞争力不强,产品技术含量低, 技术创新能力较弱。这些问题都制约着浙江出口型中小企业的进一步发展,因 此,对浙江出口型中小企业的深入研究是迫在眉睫的。 本文开头引出了出口型中小企业的概念,然后着重研究分析了浙江出口型 中小企业发展的现状,再结合温州哈杉鞋业有限公司的成功案为浙江出口型中 小型企业提出以下对策,如:拓宽融资渠道、人才培养、技术创新等。面对多 变的国际市场,这些对策势必对浙江出口型中小企业有很大的帮助。 关键词:出口型;中小企业;核心竞争力;现状

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises mainly for exporting are the small and medium-sized enterprises whose basic production process are based on the commodity exchange activities of the international market, and actively participate in international labor division and competition. Zhejiang is a typical export province, with the step-by-step opening-up of foreign trade system, the international market of Zhejiang is actively developed. And the small and medium-sized enterprises mainly for exporting is become the main force. In Zhejiang province, ten thousands of exporting enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises accounting for 90% or more, they mainly export the traditional products with high-tech and low-standard products; the proportion of added value of the product is low. In addition, under the influence of the global economic crisis, the major external demand is change, Small and medium-sized enterprises mainly for exporting in Zhejiang are facing a serious challenge.” Made in Zhejiang” is still in the world’s lowest value chain, the core competitiveness of products, technical, technological innovative capabilities are relatively weak. These questions are constraints Zhejiang’s further development Therefore, further study of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang is urgent. At the beginning of the paper is the concept of Small and medium-sized enterprises mainly for exporting, then research and analyze the actuality of their development in Zhejiang. At last, the paper gives some suggestions to the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang mainly for exporting, such as: expanded financing channels, personnel training, technical innovation, the volatile international market.
